高效液相色谱法测定谷物中的氟草烟残留

Determination of Fluroxypyr Residue in Grain by HPLC

高效液相色谱测定方法对谷物中的氟草烟残留含量进行测定,操作简便,灵敏度高、重现性好、结果准确。在0.05～10.0 mg/kg浓度范围内,回收率在87.2%～100.1%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.0%～5.5%。

A method has been developed for the determination of Fluroxypyr residue in grain by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC）. The method was simple and convenient,the results were accurate. The recoveries at levels of 0.05 to 10.0 mg/kg fortified samples were 87.2%-100.1% and RSD were 2.0%-5.5%.
