我国是一个发展中的国家,在社会经济发展中,对能源的需求量是很大的。由于快速的社会经济增长,有限的能源得不到很好的控制,会不同程度地造成能源过度开发,如果这种情况得不到根本改善,必然使能源后续开发利用陷入困境。因此,应重视对能源的管理,要采取措施抓好节能减排,更重要的是要抓紧研究制定能源开发利用管理方面的法律法规,这是保证国家社会经济持久发展的必然要求。
