摘要 随着社会的不断进步,电能已经成为人们生产生活中最基本和不可替代的能源。然而,当电能失去控制时,就会引发各类电气事故,其中包括对人体的伤害,即触电事故。为了保证安全,防止触电事故,必须在落实好组织措施的前提下,采取相应的技术措施。间接接触触电的安全防护技术措施很多,其中保护接地和保护接零是防止人体间接接触触电最基本最有效的措施。 With the gradual development of the society, the electricity has become the most basic and indispensable energy in our life and production. However, all kinds of electric accidents would occur including the damage on human being when the electricity is out of control. In order to guarantee the safety and prevent from the electrocution, the technical measures concerned should be adopted under the premise that the organization means are well settled. There are many safety prevention measures of the indirect electric shock, thereinto the protection earthing and protection zero line connection are both the most basic and effective ways to prevent human body from indirectly contacting electric shock.
