转录因子FOXP3与CD4^+CD25^+调节性T细胞 被引量:1

摘要 Foxp3是近年来发现的一种影响调节性T细胞发育的关键转录因子.是forkhead/winged—helix转录因子家族的新成员,可能是CD4^+CD25^+Treg表面特异性标志。在小鼠中常以foxp3表示,表达于CD4^+CD25^+Treg;在人类常以FOXP3表示,主要表达在CD4^+CD25^+Treg,也可见于CD4^+CD25^-Treg,其对CD4^+CD25^+Freg的生长发育和功能发挥、维持机体免疫耐受和免疫应答稳定起重要作用。本文仅对Foxp3的生物学特性及其在免疫应答中的作用进行总结分析。
