摘要
[目的]通过动态观察青少年精神分裂症患者氯氮平治疗后血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)的变化,了解药物作用机理和对肝脏的影响。[方法]选取未经治疗的首发青少年精神分裂症患者70例,于治疗前和治疗2周、3周、4周、5周、6周及7周以上时,检测患者血清胆碱酯酶(CHE),并同时于2、4、6、8周采用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和副反应。[结果]患者BPRS和TESS量表评分,治疗前后相比较差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),治疗2周与其他周相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。与治疗前相比CHE略有升高,但差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]氯氮平治疗青少年精神分裂症疗效确切,但有可能增强肝脏合成脂蛋白的能力,从而导致脂类代谢紊乱。
[Objective]To test the change of CHE of the hobbledehoy schizophrenics treated by clozapine,and find out the its function mechanism and its influence on liver.[Methods]70 hobbledehoys who suffered from schizophrenia for the 1st time and had never been treated were sellected. The CHE of them were measured before and after 2,3,4,5,6 and 7 weeks of treatment,and the curative effect and side reaction were evaluated using BPRS and TESS after 2,4,6,8 weeks of treatment.[Results]Their was significant difference between the evaluation results of BPRS and TESS before and after treatment(P﹤0.05) and the results among the ones treated for 2 weaks or not(P﹤0.05). CHE was a little higher than that before treatment,but there was no statistical difference(P﹥0.05).[Conclusion]It is certain that clozapine has an effect on hobbledehoy schizophrenics,but it may enhance the ability of lipoprotein synthesis by liver,which results in the disorder of fat metabolism.
