定君生治疗孕期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的初步观察

PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION OF LIVING PREPARATION OF LACTOBACILLUS IN THE TREATMENT OF VULVOVAGINAL CANDIDIASIS IN PREGNANCY

[目的]观察定君生治疗妊娠期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效及复发性。[方法]将外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病孕妇随机分为两组:观察组31例用定君生联合凯妮汀治疗,对照组30例单用凯妮汀。治疗后10d、30d、3个月对其疗效及阴道分泌物镜检结果进行比较,观察其复发性。[结果]两组间10d、30d治愈率差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),3个月的复发率差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]定君生在治疗孕期外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病中发挥了治疗效果长,复发率低,能较好的预防其复发的作用。

[Objective]To study the effect of living preparation of lactobacillus in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy and the recurrence of vulvovaginal candidiasis.[Methods]61 pregnant patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy were divided into two groups randomly. The 31 patients in treatment group were treated with Living preparation of lactobacillus and Canesten,and the 30 patients in the control group were treated with Canesten alone. Clinical effect,mincroscopy examination of vaginal discharge and recurrence of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnacy were compared 10 days,30 days and 3 months after treatment.[Results]There was no significant difference in the cure rate between the two groups after the treatment of 10 days and 30 days（P﹥0.05）,while between the two groups after the treatment of 3 months,there was a significantly difference in relapse rate.[Conclusion]The living preparation of lactobacillus has long-lasting curative effect,low relapse rate and obviously preventive effect in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy.
