临床路径是一套最佳的、标准的服务与管理模式,是医疗管理者用来改善服务质量及控制医疗成本的方法之一,也是临床转归管理的工具。它强调多学科的协作,临床路径实施中医生、药师是重要的组成部分,只有医药密切合作,才能保证为患者提供最好的医疗服务。
The clinical pathway is the optimal and standard mode of service and management. It is one of the methods for medical regulator to control the medical cost and improve the service quality. It is also the tool for clinical outcome management. It emphasizes interdisciplinary collaboration. The doctors and pharmacists are important parts in the implementation of clinical pathway. It can guarantee the best medical services for patients,only under the close collaboration of the doctors and pharmacists.
