摘要 在高压反应釜中考察了操作方式、反应温度、金属催化剂浓度、溴浓度和反应压力对Co-Mn-Br液相催化氧化2,6-二:异丙基萘(2,6-DIPN)制2,6-萘二甲酸的影响。结果表明,半连续式操作方式比间歇式操作方式好。采用半连续操作方式时,较好的反应条件为185℃,2.0MPa,Co和Mn与2,6-DIPN的物质的量之比15:1,Br与Co和Mn的物质的量之比为1:5。在该反应条件下,得到淡黄色的产品,2,6-萘二甲酸收率达62.9%。 The Effects of operation mode, reaction temperature, metal catalyst concentration, bromine concentration and reaction pressure on the liquid phase catalytic oxidation of 2,6-diisopropyl- naphthalene (2, 6-DIPN) to 2, 6-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid (2,6-NDCA) over Co-Mn-Br catalyst were investigated in a high-pressure reactor. The results showed that the semi-continuous operation mode was better than batch operation mode, and the appropriate reaction conditions were 185 ℃, 2.0 MPa, the molar ratio of Co-Mn to 2,6-DIPN 15 : 1. and molar ratio of Br to Co-Mn 1 : 5. Under the condition, the product was light yellow and the yield of 2,6-NDCA was about 62.9%.
