摘要 采用Uddeholm自约束热疲劳试验机研究了新钢种(SDH2)和ASSAB 8407钢的热疲劳性能,结果显示,SDH2钢具有比8407钢更好的热疲劳性能,其热疲劳损伤因子相对8407钢降低30%~60%。并采用扫描电镜探寻热疲劳裂纹萌生与扩展的机制得知,热疲劳裂纹常在硅酸盐类、MnS、氧化铝和富V大块碳化物与基体的交界面上和晶界处萌生,并沿链状碳化物和晶界扩展。 The thermal fatigue behavior of new material SDH2 steel and 8407 steel was investigated by adopting thermal fatigue tester with self-restricted method of Uddeholm. The results indicate that the thermal fatigue property of SDH2 was better than that of 8407 steel, the thermal fatigue damage factor D value of SDH2 steel decreases 30%~60% than the 8407 steel. Study on initiation and expansion of the cracks was attempted with the help of SEM. The results show that the thermal cracks usually initiate at the grain boundary or the interface between matrix and silicate inclusion, MnS, aluminium oxide and some bulk V-rich carbide, and expand mainly along chain carbide and grain boundary interface.
