摘要
高师院校教师职前教育的传统模式,由于着眼于理论讲授,难以适应以实践与经验为基础的教师教育要求。需要在对高师院校教师教育模式界定的基础上,分析其存在不足及其原因,探索高师院校教师教育模式缺陷的补偿措施。
The traditional pre-professional teaching mode,focusing on teaching theories,finds it difficult to meet the demands of the teacher's training based on practice and experience.After having defining the teaching pattern in universities,the defects and their reasons are analyzed to find the corresponding compensation measures.
