The first geographical discriminational case which was very sensational has been ended through mediation. This case has drawn to an end. However, this case has left us much space for further thought, particularly in the perspective of jurisprudence. It is necessary to do a further research, including what is the nature of the case, whether it is suitable for too lawyers bringing suits and whether the court has the right of jurisdiction to the case.
