摘要
针对传统的火焰温度测量方法进行改进,利用计算机声卡进行模拟信号的采集,利用MATLAB软件进行数据处理,将虚拟仪器技术与光学诊断技术相结合,设计了高温火焰温度实时测量系统。分析了系统的工作原理,介绍了系统硬件和软件的设计方法。应用该系统对航空煤油火焰及某发动机进行了试验,结果表明:该系统可以实时监测高温火焰的温度。
Specifically for the tradition flame temperature measurement method carries out improvement, make use of computer sound card to acquire the analog signal, make use of the MATLAB software to carry out data processing. The combination of virtual instrument technology and laser-diagnose technology is applied to the real-time measurement system of the high temperature flame. The working principle and the design method of the hardware and software of the system were presented. An experiment on the aviation kerosene flame is carfled out, and the result has indicated that the system can monitor the temperature of the high temperature flame.
