摘要
根据糊化的工艺要求,提出了基于单片机的糊化测控系统总体设计方案,详细论述了系统的硬件设计和软件设计。通过对截止阀和调节阀的控制来调节蒸汽流量,实现糊化温度的PID控制。单片机将随糊化时间而变化的温度数据由串行口传送给上位计算机(PC),基于VB的监控界面对实时数据进行分析、绘图、保存、打印等处理。实验结果表明:整个系统设计简洁、性价比高,可以满足测量精度和控制要求。
According to the technology requirements of rice-paste, the whole design of measure and control system based on micropro- cessor was proposed, design of hardware and software were expourded in detail. The flow of steam is regulated though control both stop valve and regulating valve realize the temperature of rice-paste PID control. The microprocessor transfers the temperature data what with the change of rice-paste time to the computer(PC)with the serial interface, the supervision interface based on VB carry on the processing to the realtime data such as analyzing, painting, keeping and printing etc. The experiment results shows that the whole system has good qualities of simplicity, reliability and high performance/cost ratio, and can meet the requirements of measure on precision and control.
