摘要
当代黎族饮食文化的基本特征是:以稻米为主食,并辅以其他丰富的食品;民族嗜好品独具地方特色;热带雨林野生动植物的食用;随着时代的变迁,其饮食文化变迁显著。这些特征是由黎族所处的特殊的自然生态环境、社会环境和丰厚而悠久的历史传承等多元因素共同作用的结果。
The basic features of the contemporary catering culture of the Li Ethnic People can be summarized as follows : Living on a staple diet of rice, supplemented by other rich foods, showing unique ethnic preferences for goods with local characteristics, and preying on tropical rainforest wildlife. The catering culture of Li Ethnic People changes significantly with the evolution of the times. All these features are attributed to the special natural ecological environment in which they live, their social environment as well as substantial and long- standing historical inheritance etc.
