摘要
目前许多职业技术类院校陆续将德国等国先进职教理念和模式引入到职业教育中,并已取得了一定的成效,但现实的诸多因素制约了职业教育的发展速度。通过对两国教育制度、教育方式及传统观念等方面的比较,试图找出问题产生的根源,从而探索出一条适合国情的职教之路。
Many colleges of vocational technnology consecutively introduce the advanced concepts and modes of vocational education in Germany into the vocational education of their own, and have achieved some success. But there are many practical factors con- straining the development of vocational education. By comparing the two countries in terms of educational systems, educational approaches and traditional concepts, etc. , the article attempts to identify where the problems stem from with the view to exploring a road suitable for vocational education of our own.
