摘要
在高职教育快速发展的今天,高职教师的负性情绪也愈发突出。其原因主要是:教师角色多元性;学生管理难度加剧;个人成就感缺失。在此基础上提出教师心理"减负"的可行办法:心态自我调节、学识自我完善、领导管理艺术提升。
Presently, with rapid development of higher vocational education, teachers' negative emotions emerge noticeably, which is attributed to the factors such as teachers role plurality; intensification of the difficulty in students management and lack of individual accomplishment. The article presents the practical approaches to relieving the teachers' psychological burden, which are self- adjusting mental attitude, self- perfecting knowledge and UP.ratline. the arts of leadership and management.
