摘要
从分析职业学院学生背景以及人力资源管理课程教学特色出发,阐述职业学院人力资源管理课程应以市场为导向,重新定位职业学院人力资源管理课程的目的、要求,使该课程教出特色,教出实效。
Starting with an analysis on the background of the vocational college students together with teaching characteristics of Human Resources Management Course, the article elaborates that Human Resources Management Course in vocational colleges should be market - oriented and repositioned in terms of its objectives, requirements so as to achieve its teaching features and practical results.
