摘要
采用免疫磁分离技术(Immuno-magnetic Separation,IMS)和Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR)结合的方法来检测单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌(Listeria monocytogenes)。依据单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌的iap基因序列设计特异性引物,作为PCR扩增的靶基因,经PCR反应得到片段长度为230 bp。结果表明,所建立的IMS与PCR结合方法较常规方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,有很好的应用前景。
A method to detect Listeria monocytogenes by immuno-magnetic cell separation combined with PCR technique has been developed in this paper.Primers were designed based on the iap sequences of Literia monocytogenes and 230 bp PCR product was obtained.Results showed that the method was simple,rapid and sensitive,indicating a good potential application.
