有机二元酸改性环氧丙烯酸酯及其光固化膜性能的研究 被引量:15

摘要 采用不同的有机二元酸对环氧树脂进行改性,然后用丙烯酸酯化,制备了柔韧性好的环氧丙烯酸酯,并对所合成树脂的黏度、柔韧性、耐冲击强度、附着力、硬度、光泽度、耐热性以及耐化学品等性能进行研究.实验结果表明,改性后产物的柔韧性变好,耐冲击强度提高,附着力变好,光泽度提高,耐热性提高,黏度基本保持不变,硬度和耐化学品性稍微有所下降.  The Epoxy acrylate was synthesized by modification of epoxy resin with different organic dibasic acid following a reaction with acrylic acid.Some properties were examined and results showed that the flexibility and adhesive capability of the modified epoxy acrylate was improved and glossiness and thermostability was increased.However the hardness and resistance to chemicals were declined slightly.
