KHSO_4催化高酸值地沟油酯化及转酯化的研究

Esterification and transesterification of waste restaurant grease with high acid value catalyzed by potassium bisulfate

对固体酸性催化剂KHSO4催化地沟油的酯化及转酯化反应进行了研究.结果表明,在甲醇、油摩尔比25∶1、80℃8、%KHSO4的优化工艺条件下反应10 h,可以将酸值高达109.71 mg/g(以KOH含量计)的地沟油酯化及转酯化,酯化率及转酯化率分别达到98%和87%.

The process for the esterification and transesterification of waste restaurant grease catalyzed by solid KHSO4 was studied in this paper.The catalysis of the solid catalyst was examined and the result showed the better catalytic activity.The maximal esterification and transesterification yield of the waste restaurant grease with high acid value [109.71 mg/g（calculated in the KOH content）] was obtained after incubation at 80 ℃ for 10 h when 8% potassium bisulfate and 25∶1 mole ratio of methanol to waste restaurant grease was used.
