摘要
本文论述了在餐饮业中实现循环经济模式的必要性以及建立高效的逆向物流管理流程的重要作用,设计出较为全面的餐厨垃圾回收物流系统,即以垃圾分类、预处理站、中转站及其专业处理厂为主要节点的餐厨逆向物流链条.并指出实现逆向物流、建设循环经济模式应采取行政立法、多方参与、市场准入、税费优惠以及科学评估等措施和手段.
The necessity and feasibility of the Circular Economy mode in dietetic trade and the importance of the establishment of the effective reverse logistics management flow was discussed.A completely reverse logistics flow was designed.The stragety for circular economy mode establishment also was proposed.
