妊娠妇女的断指再植

Digit Replantation on Pregnant Woman

目的:报道妊娠妇女断指再植的临床疗效。方法:妊娠合并断指病人6例,共8指,按照正常的断指再植方法手术。结果:2指出现血管危象,经处理后最终仍坏死,行截指术。其他6指均获得成功。结论:妊娠妇女断指再植尽管风险高、成活率相对较低,但仍应尽量手术再植。

Objective： To report clinical study of digit replantation on pregnant women. Method： 6 pregnant women with their digits amputated （8 digits） , were treated by standard digit replantation. Result： 2 digits occured circulation crisis and amputated after drug treatment, others were survived. Conclusion： Al- though digit replantation on pregnant woman has high risk and lower survival rate. it should he done as far as possible.
