摘要
目的:探讨后腹腔镜治疗肾上腺偶发瘤的临床应用及疗效。方法:采用后腹腔镜手术切除肾上腺偶发瘤13例。结果:平均手术时间135min,平均出血量67ml,术后下床时间平均2天。术后恢复良好,平均6天出院,无严重并发症发生。结论:后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺偶发瘤是一种安全、有效的术式,具有手术创伤小、并发症少及患者恢复快等优点。
Objective：To discuss the clinical application and efectivene of retroperitoneal laparosco-pic surgery in Treating adrenal incidentalomas. Methods：Thirteen cases of adrenal incidentalomas were resected by retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery. Results：The average operation time is 135 min,and the average amount of hemorrhage is 67 ml, The patients stayed in bed only for 2 days, and discharged 6 days after operation. There was no severe complication. Conclusions：The retroperitoneal laparoscopic resection can provide less trauma and less complication, so it is an effective and safe microinvasive surgery for the adrenal incidentalomas.
