在对水磨河水文现状、污染源数量及分布、废水及污染物排放情况、河流水质、流域内排水管网等情况进行认真调查的基础上,对其存在的环境问题进行详细分析,并提出了具体的综合治理建议。
On the basis of investigation on hydrology situation, pollution quantity and distribution, water quality, drainage of waste water and sewage network, subsistent environmental problems and suggestions on comprehensive management were put forward in the article.
