摘要
根据谐波齿轮传动的运动特点,提出了计算谐波齿轮传动理论啮合弧长的干涉控制模型;对双波四齿差和二齿差谐波齿轮传动的理论啮合弧长和可能同时啮合的齿对数进行了分析比较;得出在分度圆直径、传动比、柔轮径向变形量、柔轮齿圈壁厚、加工精度相同的条件下,双波四齿差传动的传动精度比二齿差传动高百分之十以上的结论。
Based on the harmonic drive kinematic feature,the interfence control model(ICM) is presented for calculating the theoretical meshing arcus length in this paper.Then,the theoretical meshing arcus length and the simutaneous meshing tooth numbers of four tooth and two tooth difference harmonic drive are analyzed .At last,the conclusion that the former transmission accuracy lever is more than ten percent of the latter is obtained under the condition of same reference diameter,same ratio,same radial deflection,same rim thickness and same manufacture accuracy.
