儿童系统性红斑狼疮危象的血液净化治疗进展 被引量:5

摘要 狼疮危象是指急性危及生命的重症SLE。免疫净化疗法可在短时间内大量、快速地清除循环中的致病因素,缓解狼疮危象。血浆置换分离血浆和血液细胞,弃掉含有致病物质的血浆,补充等量置换液,存在血清性传染病的危险。免疫吸附特异性地清除血液中与免疫有关的致病因子,不需要置换液,无发生血源传播疾病的危险。细胞净化减少循环中T、B淋巴细胞数量,使产生自身抗体能力下降。 Crisis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a critical, life-threatening and serious SLE. Immunologic purging can eliminate many nosogenetic factors in the circulation in a short time, and alleviate lupus crisis. Plasma exchange can separate plasma and blood cells, discard morhigenous substance in plasma, and the equal-quantity displacement liquid is then replenished. However, it may also result in serum contagious diseases. Immunoadsorption can specially remove plasmic .morbigenous factors related to immunity, so that no replacement liquid is required, and also no danger of blood-transmitted diseases. Lymphocyte depletion therapy can decrease the amount of T and B lymphocytes in the circulation and reduce the production of the autoantibodies.
