抗早衰剂不同浓度对杂交晚稻后期叶片和根系衰老的影响 被引量:10

Effects of Different Concentrations of Anti-premature-senility Regulator on Leaves and Roots Senescence at Late Growth Stage in Hybrid Late Rice

摘要 以生育后期易早衰的杂交水稻中优329为试验材料,研究了抗早衰剂不同浓度对杂交晚稻叶片和根系衰老的生理调控作用。结果表明,喷施不同浓度的抗早衰剂能够不同程度地提高水稻剑叶的叶绿素含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性以及根系活力,降低剑叶细胞膜透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和活性氧自由基(O2-.)产生速率;喷施不同浓度的抗早衰剂可以提高晚稻的结实率和千粒重,从而达到增产的效果。在5个抗早衰剂不同浓度处理中,以中等浓度的APSRC4的效果为最佳,比对照增产7.81%,其次为APSRC3,比对照增产7.42%,差异均达显著水平;APSRC1、APSRC2和APSRC5处理比对照有所增产,但产量差异不显著。 "Zhongyou 329", a hybrid rice variety that tended to be premature senility, was used as the testing material to study the role of physiological regulation of different concentrations of anti - premature - senility regulator on the hybrid late rice in its senescence in this paper by spraying the anti - premature - senility regulator at different growth stages. The results showed that spraying the anti-premature- senility regulator could increase the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), the chlorophyll content and improve the root vigor to various extent and reduce the content of MDA, the rate of electrolyte leakage and the production rate of active oxygen in the process of leaf senescence. Meanwhile, the anti -premature -senility regulator could obviously improve the filling rate and 1000 - grain weight and thus increase the yield of late rice. In the comparison of five different concentrations of anti - premature - senility regulator ( APSR), the comprehensive effect was concerned. The rice yield in treatment APSRC4 (middle concentration) was the highest, which increased by 7.81% as compared with CK. The yield in treatment APSRC3 was subordinate, which increased by 7.42% as compared with CK, their differences all reached significant level. The yields in APSRC1, APSRC2 and APSRC3 were little higher than CK, but the differences were not significant.
