血液灌流联合血液透析抢救急性重症药物中毒十二例报告
摘要
我院自2005年5月-2006年11月，应用血液灌流（HP）加血液透析（HD）难救急性重症药物中毒12例，取得良好效果。现报告如下。
一、临床资料和方法
1．一般资料：本组12例中，男性3例。女性9例，年龄35-66岁。中毒药物：巴比妥类5例，三环类抗抑郁药9例。其中深昏迷3例，浅昏迷6例，神志嗜睡3例。
