经皮激光髓核汽化术治疗腰椎间盘突出症

摘要 腰椎间盘突出症是一个常见病、多发病，是一个退变为基础的纤维环损伤性疾病，在一般人群中约占15％．40岁以上约占30％，需要住院治疗的约占2％，在临床治疗中，腰椎间盘突出症约5％左右，需要手术治疗，其余的95％左右病例可采用非手术方法治疗。
