主动脉弓替换术中体外循环配合的体会(附15例)
摘要
DeBKeyl型主动脉夹层瘤在临床上虽属少见，但其发病急骤，病情凶险，手术操作难度大，围术期死亡率高。我院自2004年6月～2006年7月实施该类手术15例。现将体外循环、手术方法及多脏器保护措施总结如下。
