内淋巴囊肿瘤的影像学表现(附两例报告并文献复习)

Imaging Findings of Endolymphatic Sac Tumors(A Report of 2 Cases and Review of the Literature)

目的探讨内淋巴囊肿瘤的影像学表现。资料与方法回顾性分析2例经病理证实的内淋巴囊肿瘤的CT、MRI及DSA表现。结果内淋巴囊肿瘤CT表现以岩骨后缘中部为中心的蜂窝状或虫蚀状骨质破坏。MRT1WI上可见片状高信号区及血管流空信号。DSA显示肿瘤血供丰富,主要由颈外动脉的分支供血,小脑前下动脉参与部分血供。结论内淋巴囊肿瘤的影像学表现有一定的特征性。熟悉其表现有助于该病的诊断。

Objective To describe imaging findings of papillary endolymphatic sac tumors （ELSTs）. Materials and Methods The CT,MR and DSA findings of 2 patients with pathologically proved ELST were retrospectively analyzed. Resuits ELST showed bone destruction of temporal bone on CT, hyperintensity signal areas on T1 WI and flow voids signals could be seen on MR imaging. ELST was depicted as hypervascular lesions on DSA, the blood supply arose predominantly from the external carotid artery, additional supply came from posterior circulation. Conclusion Imaging findings of ELST have some characteristics, which is helpful for its diagnosis.
