尽管ISO19001在其他行业已被广泛采纳,但是由于涉及到金融安全等原因,一直未在国内银行业应用。随着国有银行股权改革的深入和信息披露力度的加强,ISO19001为防范银行操作风险提供了理论和操作层面上的有力依据。鉴于操作风险可能发生于银行经营管理的各个层面,ISO19001在国内银行业得以全面推广已成为可能。
