摘要
从建立健全高校学生军训的机制,以科学的方法实施学生军训、加强在职教师的培训与提高等方面阐述了当前高校新生军训工作中亟待加强与创新问题的探讨。
The paper discusses the problems to be strengthened and innovated in the present freshmen＇s military training in colleges ＆ universities in terms of establishing and improving the mechanism of students＂ military training, implementing students＇ military training by scientific methods, strengthening the training and improving of the incumbency teachers etc.
