摘要
由于新型功能高分子材料聚烷基芴的衍生物可用于制造发蓝光的二极管材料因而倍受青睐,在大面积显示领域具有广阔的应用前景。本文根据国内外研究者的报道,简要介绍了这类材料的合成,性能及其在发光二极管方面的应用。
The novel functional materials polyalkylfluorene (PAF) derivatives have been attracting considerable interest in recent years because of their electrical properties after being dopes,and also their nonlineat optical properties which can be used in the development of large area blue light emitting diodes.In this paper,their synthesis,properties and applications were reviewed.
