摘要
将大别山区的铁砂,经特殊加工处理后制成电波吸收材料,用聚氨脂作粘结剂制成一种电波吸收涂料,在7~12GHz频段,研究电波吸收涂料的浓度、铁砂的粒度、涂层厚度以及添加六角晶系材料对吸收量的影响。发现在8.6GHz和10GHz有两个吸收峰,涂层0.6mm时,吸收量一般在3dB,最大可达12dB。六角晶系材料加入对吸收量及频宽都有一定影响。
Process the iron sand of mountain Dabie into an electric wave absorption material specially,then change it into a kind of electric wave absorption coating with polyurelhan as the binder. In the rang between 7GHz and 12GHz,we study the influence of the consistency of the electric wave absorption coating,the size of the iron sand,the thickness of the coating and the mixing of hexagon systen ferrite on the absoption quantity. Two absorption peaks are found at 8.6 GHz and 10GHz,and the absorption quantity is about 3dB when the thickness is 0.6mm,the maximum absorption quantity can be up to 12dB. The mixing of hexagon system ferrite can affect the absorption quantity and the bandwidth to some extent.
