摘要
目的:对比SY-28、SY-20和MDX4-4210硅橡胶的吸水率和溶解率。方法:在相同条件下,测定SY-28、SY-20和MDX4-4210硅橡胶的吸水率、溶解率,对其物理性能加以评价,并进行统计学分析。结果:SY-28硅橡胶第8周的吸水率为3.112%,与MDX4-4210硅橡胶(3.012%)相似;SY-28硅橡胶第8周的溶解率为0.4401%,高于MDX4-4210硅橡胶(0.3179%)。SY-20硅橡胶第8周的吸水率和溶解率分别为3.501%,0.4756%,均高于MDX4-4210硅橡胶的吸水率和溶解率。结论:SY-28、SY-20硅橡胶能够满足赝复材料的临床要求,但仍需对材料及配方进行修改与完善,降低其吸水率和溶解率。
Objective.To compare the water sorption and solubility of SY-28,SY-20 and MDX4-4210 silicone elastomers. Method:The water sorption and solubility of three kinds of silicone elastomers were examined and evaluated under the same condition.Thirty specimens of each material were tested and data were collected at 1-8 weeks. Result: The results showed that the means of percentage about water sorption at 8 weeks was 3.112% for SY-28, and 3.012% for MDX4-4210, which showed no significant differences: the solubility at 8 weeks was 0.4401% for SY-28, which showed higher than that of MDX4-4210 (0.3179%). The means of percentage about the water sorption and solubility at 8 weeks were 3.501% and 0.4756% for SY-20, which were higher than those of MDX4-4210 (3.012%, 0.3179%). Conclusion: The results of this study have clinical implications because the water sorption and solubility may affect the long-term life expectancy of silicone elastomer. Based on the present study, it appears that SY-28 and SY-20 silicone elastomers are suitable for use in fabricating of clinical prostheses, but the water sorption and solubility should be improved as the prosthestic materials that often contacts with water.
