摘要
以聚L-酪氨酸膜为载体,固载DNA和辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)制备过氧化氢生物传感器。该传感器对H2O2表现出良好的催化还原特性,具有灵敏度高,稳定性好且易于制作等特点。其线性响应范围为:2.0×10^-6~1.1×10^-2mol/L,检出限为8.0×10^-7mol/L(S/N=3)。
A novel hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) biosensor based on DNA-HRP and Poly-L-Tyrosine modified Pt electrode was presented in this paper. Firstly, L-Tyrosine was polymerized on the bare Pt electrode by cyclic vohammetry (CV). Then DNA-HRP was immobilized on the L-Tyr/Pt surface. The electrode offers an excellent electrochemical response for determination of H2O2 concentration below micromole level with high sensitivity and selectivity. The linear range for H2O2 determination was from 2.0×10^-6 to 1.1×10^-2mol/L with a detection limit of 8.0 ×10^-7 mol/L (S/N=3).
