电脑中药灌肠联合奥曲肽治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效观察

The Combination of Chinese Traditional Medicine Enema Clystered by Computerized Colon Lavation Apparatus with Octreotide in Treatment of Severe Acute Pancreatits

目的观察中药灌肠联合奥曲肽治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将43例患者随机分为两组,治疗组在内科综合治疗基础上联合电脑中药灌肠,对照组仅用包括奥曲肽在内的内科综合治疗。结果治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论电脑中药灌肠联合奥曲肽治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效良好。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of the combination of Chinese Traditional Medicine enema clystered by computerized colon lavation apparatus with octreotide in treatment of severe acute pancreatits. Methods： 43 cases of severe acute pancreatits were randomized into two group. Study group received medical general measure and Chinese traditional medicine enema clystered by computerized colon lavation apparatus. Control group received only medical general measure. The curative effect of two groups was observed. Results： Clinical efficiency of study group was superior to control group. Conclusion： The combination of Chinese Traditional Medicine enema clystered by computerized colon lavation apparatus with octreotide was a well method in treating severe acute pancreatits and worthy to generalize.
