十济汤联合化疗治疗结直肠癌临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer by Shiji Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy

目的探讨中药十济汤联合化疗治疗结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法将63例大肠癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组,两组均予以相同标准化疗方案进行治疗,研究组加用中药十济汤口服;治疗2个疗程后比较两组肿瘤治疗的有效率、患者生存质量、癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞免疫状态等指标。结果研究组31例,CR2例,PR17例,有效率61.29%;对照组32例,CR1例,PR14例,有效率46.88%,两组有效率差异有显著性;疾病控制率均达90%以上;研究组CEA降低更为显著,且较对照组细胞免疫状态和一般状态有显著改善。结论十济汤联合化疗治疗大肠癌能显著提高疗效,明显改善患者一般状况和细胞免疫状态。

Objective： To observe the effect of treating colorectal cancer by Shift Decoction combined with chemotherapy. Methods： 63 Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （31 cases） and the control group （32 cases） . All patients of the two groups accepted FOLFOX 4 chemotherapy, while those in the treatment group treated with Shijit Decoction in addition. Effective rate, Quality of lief （QOL）, CEA, state of cellular immunity were observed after two - cycle treatment. Results： There was significant difference in effective rate between the two groups with 61.3% in the treatment group and 46. 9% in the control group. Compared with of the control group, CEA of the treated group was more decreased, QOL and state of cellular immunity were significant increased. Conclusion： Shijit Decoction can improve effective rate, QOL and state of cellular immunity in patients with colorectal cancer treated with chemotherapy without obvious toxic -adverse effect.
