表现为皮肤紫癜的巨细胞病毒病

A case of cytomegalovirus disease with purpura

报告1例表现为皮肤紫癜的巨细胞病毒病。患者男,31岁。头痛、发热10d,躯干、四肢出现紫癜和丘疹5d。实验室检查示单核细胞增生,血小板减少,嗜异性凝集试验阴性,抗巨细胞病毒抗体(抗CMV-IgM)阳性。诊断:巨细胞病毒病。

A case of eytomegalovirus disease with purpura is reported. A 31-year-old male presented with purpura and papules on his trunk and extremities after suffering from fever and headache for 5 days. The lesions lasted for three weeks. The examination of blood showed that lymphocytosis and thrombocytopenia. Heterophile antibodies were negative and IgM antibody to CMV was positive. The patient was diagnosed as cytomegalovirus disease.
