摘要
采用真空辅助成型工艺(VARI)制作玻璃纤维/不饱和聚酯树脂基复合材料(玻璃钢)层合板。室温下,将不同组试件分别浸泡在海水中不同天数,研究其弯曲性能的变化情况。本文采用SPSS软件对实验数据进行统计分析,发现短时间的浸泡不会造成材料弯曲性能的显著性下降,浸泡21天后其下降的趋势趋于明显。
The VARI (vacuum assisted resin infusion) is applied to. fabricate the glass fiber reinforced tmsaturated polyester composite laminate. Samples are immersed in seawater for different days in laboratory temperature and then their bending properties are studied. The data is analyzed statistically using the SPSS software. The finding is that the bending property of composites will not descend apparently after short - term immersion in seawater. However, the decreasing trend is evident after immersion for 21 days.
