摘要
本文利用单向法,在VARTM工艺条件下,对几种玄武岩纤维增强体的渗透率进行了研究。结果表明:注射压力和流体的种类及粘度对渗透率影响不大,玄武岩增强材料的织物结构和厚度对渗透率有明显的影响。两种不同结构的玄武岩增强材料叠合在一起的铺层结构的渗透率主要取决于渗透率较小的增强材料的渗透率。
The permeability of several basalt fiber reinforcements was investigated in VARTM(Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding)with 1D Darcy' s law. The results show that effects of injection pressure, viscosity and the type of fluid on the permeabihty are not obvious. Permeability of basalt fibre reinforcements with two different structures that are laminated mainly depends on fabric with lower permeability.
