摘要
介绍了斗山变电站改造现场管理方面的做法。根据在运行状态下分串轮流改造的特点,制作了完整的改造范围,提出了完备的组织措施,从安全、质量、进度等各方面进行全方位管理,确保工程始终处于可控、能控、在控状态,实现了改造工程提前顺利投运的目标。
The practice of field management for 500 kV Doushan Substation retrofit is presented. Based on the characteristics of alternate retrofit of the substation which is still operating during its retrofit, the organization measures are proposed, which realize all-round management in the aspects of safety, quality, and schedule to ensure the project to stay in a controllable station.
