Game-based time-of-use electricity price models and relevant simulations

摘要 分时电价是电力市场中削峰填谷、保障电力系统稳定运行的重要手段之一。分时电价的确定必须考虑政府、电力公司和用户等利益相关者。基于在政府限价的前提下允许电力公司调整电价以实现电力负荷控制的目标,利用博弈论制定了由政府确定电价水平、电力公司确定电价、电力用户确定用电量的分时电价模型。对该模型利用Matlab软件进行了仿真,结果表明该模型具有一定的实用价值。 The time-of-use (TOU) electricity price is an important approach to cut peak loads and fill the valley and to ensure stable operation of power systems. The TOU electricity pricing must consider the stakeholders of the government, the power companies, and the users. The power company is allowed to adjust the electricity price under the price cap given by the government to regulate the power load. Based on that, the game theory was used to establish the TOU electricity price model which reveals that the government determines the price level, the power company determines the detailed price, and the user determined the amount. Simulation of the model by using the Matlab software shows that the model is effective.
