摘要
叙述我国风能分布概况,统计我国风机安装情况,对风力发电水平进行评估。结合我国风电政策环境与上网电价,预测本年度新装机容量与远景规划建设。总结我国风电发展的主要技术现状,研究各项技术的发展方向,向风电产业中的投资者和科研人员提出发展建议。
The wind power level in China is evaluated based on the wind energy resource distribution and the installed capacity of wind turbines. According to the policy on wind power and its grid-connection price, the installed capacity of wind turbines in 2007 and the long-term construction plan are predicted. The current technical situation of wind power in China is summarized, and development direction of some relevant technology is studied. Development suggestions related to wind power are proposed.
