需求侧参与下电网公司购电的离散混合优化模型

Discrete and mixing optimization models for grid companies purchasing power under demand side involved reserve markets

摘要 如果电力系统的备用容量完全由发电机组来承担,可能会产生长期"备而不用"的问题,这不仅会造成资源的浪费,也会导致电网公司购电成本的增加。通过综合考虑电能市场和备用市场的电力交易,研究了需求侧用户以可中断负荷的方式和发电侧共同参与备用市场的问题,建立了电网公司购买电能和备用容量的离散混合优化模型,给出了详细的求解算法。通过求解该模型可给出电能市场和备用市场的交易价格及中标机组或用户的交易量。算例结果表明本模型可为电网公司寻求最优购买方案提供辅助决策支持。 The problem of "keep but never use" may come into being if the reserve capacity of the power system is all born by generating units, which will not only waste resource, but also increase the power-purchasing cost of grid companies. With consideration of the trade of the power market and the reserve market, participation of consumers into the reserve market through interruptible loads is studied. The discrete and mixing optimization model for grid companies purchasing power and reverse capacity was established, and detailed solutions are given. The trade price and volume of the power market and the reverse market can be obtained by solving the model. Calculation example shows that the model can help the grid companies get the optimal purchasing scheme.
