GPRS/CDMA-based communication platforms for power distribution side

摘要 配用电侧计量遥测自动化管理系统是电力营销重要的技术支持系统,该系统建设的核心问题是传输通道问题。针对配电网地理位置分散、采集点多、数据量少、准实时性要求的特点,数据采集通信网络采用成熟的GPRS/CDMA无线公网实现,以APN(Access PointName)专线方式与无线网络运营商连接。阐述通信平台搭建的总体方案,论述配用电数据传输方面的关键技术,结合企业的实际使用情况,对通道运行情况进行统计分析。 The automatic remot-metering management system on distribution side is an important technical support system for power marketing, and the core problem in its construction is on transmission channels. To meet the requirements of geographical decentralization, large amount of acquisition points, less data, quasi real-time mode of distribution networks, the data acquisition communication newrok was realized by the commercially available GPRS/CDMA wireless public network and was connected with the wirelss network operators with Access Point Name (APN). The overall scheme of the communication platform construction is described, as well as the key technology on power distribution data transmission, and the channel operation is analyzed based on application in enterprises.
