The Social Evil Consequences of the Colonial Politics——The System of "Selling the Grain According to the Population" Implemented by the Japan's Puppet in Central China

日本帝国主义发动的全面侵华战争,在中国各地制造了罄竹难书的罪行和灾难。本文通过具体分析日伪在华中的粮食掠夺并推行的"计口授粮"制度,展示日伪统治给华中人民日常生活带来的苦难,说明其政策不仅破坏中国社会经济的正常发展,并且已经危及城乡广大民众基本生存的条件,因此必然遭到中国人民的反抗而破产。同时,通过对当时华中地区社会生活恶劣状况的揭示,以期不忘历史并纪念中华民族全民奋起抗战七十周年。

Japanese imperialism launched the all-out war of aggression against China and made indescribable crimes and disasters throughout China. The article concretely analyses the grain plunder and the system of ＂selling the grain according to the population＂ implemented by Japan＇s puppet in Central China. It demonstrates the misery of the people＇s daily lives brought by the rule of the Japan＇s puppet.It explains that the policy of the Japan＇s puppet not only destroyed the normal development of Chinese society and economy but also endangered the basic conditions for survival of the majority of people in urban and rural areas. Therefore the rule of Japan＇s puppet inevitably encountered Chinese people＇s resistance to go bankrupt. Meanwhile, the article reveals bad condition of Central China area social life at that time, in order for us not to forget history and to commemorate the 70th anniversary of all the Chinese people spiritedly joining in the Anti-Japanese War.
