摘要
采用无皂种子乳液聚合制备了具有微空腔形态的聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯—共—甲基丙烯酸)/聚苯乙烯[P(MMA-MAA)/PS]复合微粒并讨论了形态形成原理。测定了该复合微粒粉体的基本特性及作为颜料的消光特性。分析结果表明,该复合微粒具有良好的消光特性,其原因在于微粒内部具有适宜的折光指数梯度分布。
poly (methyl methacrylate -co-methacrylic acid ) /polystyrene (P (MMA - MAA ) /PS )composite particles with microvoid morphology were prepared by soap-free seeded emulsion polymerization.The formation of the microphase-separated morphology during the second stage of polymerization were described. A gradient model of refrangibility was put forward for explaining good extinction property of the P(MMA-MAA)/PS composite particles
