以果蔬废渣、高膳食纤维谷物以及胶质为原料，经提取精制后添加到各种食品中，从而提高食品的膳食纤维含量，降低食品的总热能，并添加矿物质、维生素等以补充儿童食品的缺陷，制造出适合于儿童口味及营养特点的高膳食纤维制品。
A refinement was made from cereal shin,fruit and vegetable wastes and its colloid to be used as food fibre strengthening agent in various foods,aiming at raising food fibre content and reducing caloric value.Foods suiting childrens' taste and nutritional features are manufactured with this refinement as food fibre strengthening agent minerals and vitamins,as nutrition strengthening agent
